YENN WONG
A dynamic young entrepreneur, Yenn Wong is the mastermind and creator of JIA Boutique Hotels, the first of which was the Philippe Starck-designed JIA Hong Kong which opened in 2004. She has since then added JIA Shanghai and a collection of unique restaurants to her owner portfolio - Issimo at JIA Shanghai, 208 Duecento Otto, and in Singapore, Graze at Rochester Park and a trio of new outlets at the prestigious Martin No. 38 which include a second Graze, Kha and a unique gourmet retail store called Provisions.

Her hotels and restaurants have been lauded both locally and internationally with most having won multiple prestigious awards within a short time of their openings. Yenn herself has won several Entrepreneur awards by recognized bodies and notable publications.

ENZO CARBONE
A seasoned chef and Napoletana pizza specialist with a deep-rooted passion for cooking, Enzo Carbone comes from a family of trattoria owners in Naples. He has collaborated with Yenn Wong's JIA group on the conceptualization and cuisine of Issimo Restaurant at JIA Shanghai and 208 Duecento Otto and has contributed greatly to the resounding success of both. He has won prestigious awards for restaurants under his helm in Europe, Middle East, New Zealand and Shanghai. Enzo also collaborated with the Italian Chamber of Commerce to host tastings at World Expo in Shanghai.
