A four-course Italian feast from Executive Chef Zeno Bevilacqua is set to steal your heart come February 14. Created in ode to the romantic towns along Italy’s coast, a showcase of artisan Italian ingredients awaits.
Start with Seared scallop, rose petals, sweet baby onions and roasted sliced almonds, move onto Heart-shaped ravioli with beetroot filing, Gorgonzola foam and walnuts, and a choice of mains. Seal the deal with a sweet concoction of Yoghurt meringata, poached mixed berries and balsamic caviar. Vegetarian? No problem – there’s a set menu with main options just for you too.
